Only fill out this form if you are available for a trial swimming lesson on the next Wednesday or Saturday. Trial lessons cannot be scheduled during holidays. If not, please wait to sign up for a trial until you are available for the following week
Swimmer under 18 years old *
Contribution rules. * The contribution period runs from February to November. Contribution collection is managed with the help of NIKKI. If long-term training is not possible, it is possible to pause the contribution payment for a maximum of 1 year. In the first quarter to be settled, the fixed minimum costs (such as KNZB registration fees) will be charged. Membership registrations in the last month of a quarter will be carried over to the new quarter. Membership cancellation can be done quarterly, but the minimum contribution payment is 2 quarters. To avoid being charged the contribution for the new year, cancel before December 15 of the current year. If contribution costs cannot be paid due to circumstances, contact the Youth Fund for Sport & Culture: www.kieseenclub.nl. Note: cancellation can only be done via the form, not verbally.
Swimmer's details
A swimming diploma C or higher is required for swimming safety. Therefore, we ask our swimmers to possess a swimming diploma C, equivalent, or higher.
NOC*NSF has established a guideline for gender and sex diverse individuals. Based on this guideline, the KNZB has also developed guidelines available at https://www.knzb.nl/kennisartikelen/richtlijnen-knzb-transgenders-in-de-sport.

To improve the collection of membership fees in the future, we are switching to automatic transfers. For this, we need your bank account number. We also request this for trial sessions, at no cost.
